Our role

What we do and just as importantly, what we don’t.

A lot of medical tourism sites are vague about who they actually are. We’d rather you knew exactly where we sit before you speak to us, because it changes who you’re dealing with and who answers for what.

In one line

We are a UK-based introducer. We find licensed hospitals we believe can look after you, and we do the talking with them on your behalf, before you ever get on a plane.
×We are not a hospital, a clinic or a healthcare provider. We employ no doctors and perform no treatment.
×We are not a travel agency, tour operator or airline.

A UK-based referral and coordination service. Think of us as the person who has already had the awkward conversations for you checked that a hospital is licensed, asked what they actually do for your case, got the details in writing, and put your questions to them in a language you both understand.

We are an introducer, not a provider. The medicine, the surgery and the aftercare are all delivered by the hospital, not by us.

Your treatment agreement is between you and the hospital. You sign their consent forms and their terms, and treatment fees are paid to them, not to us.

If travel is arranged, that’s a separate arrangement with a licensed travel provider under their own terms. Read both before you sign either and ask us anything that isn’t clear. We’d far rather explain it now than have you find out later.

Clinical responsibility sits with the treating hospital and the surgeon who carries out your procedure. They assess whether you’re suitable, they take consent, they perform the treatment and they are accountable for it under Turkish medical law and their own regulator.

We don’t make clinical decisions, so we can’t carry clinical liability for them. What we will do is stay in it with you: chase the hospital, put your case in front of the right person, and keep pushing until you have an answer. We won’t stop replying because the treatment is over.

Because your treatment happens abroad, your legal routes if something goes wrong are different from an NHS or UK private procedure. It’s worth understanding that before you travel, and worth getting your own advice if you’re unsure.

No, and we’ll tell you so when you ask. We’re not medically qualified. We can explain how a procedure is generally done, what a hospital has told us, and what your plan says but whether it’s right for you, how many grafts you need, whether your medication or a health condition is an issue: those are questions only a licensed doctor can answer, and we’ll route them straight to one.

Nothing on this website is medical advice or a diagnosis.

No. We hold no travel licence and we don’t sell flights, transfers or accommodation. Where travel is needed, it is arranged and provided by a licensed third-party travel provider, and your booking sits with them under their terms and their protections.

Delays, cancellations, baggage, hotel standards and anything else travel-related are matters for that provider or the airline. We’ll help you reach the right people, but we can’t answer for a service we don’t operate.

We always recommend arranging your own travel insurance, and checking whether the policy covers travelling for planned medical treatment many standard policies don’t.

The part we do control, and we take it seriously:

  • Only introducing you to licensed hospitals. If we can’t verify a hospital’s licence and its surgeons’ standing, we don’t send patients there.
  • Passing your information accurately, in both directions. Your history goes to them as you gave it; their answer comes back to you as they gave it, not dressed up.
  • Telling you when we think it’s a bad idea. Including when the honest answer is that a partner isn’t right for your case, or that you should think about it longer.
  • Being reachable. Before, during, and after you’re home.

What we can’t responsibly promise is a clinical outcome, a hospital’s internal decisions, or a third party’s service. Anyone who promises you those things is selling, not coordinating.

Our consultation and coordination are free to you. We’re paid a referral fee by the partner hospital when a patient goes ahead.

We’re telling you that plainly because you should know it. It means we have a commercial relationship with the hospitals we recommend. Ask us directly whether a particular recommendation is influenced by that, and we’ll answer you straight. You’re also free to take your quote and compare it anywhere else; we won’t make it difficult.

No. Not on either.

The result is a medical outcome. Healing, graft survival and final appearance vary from person to person, and every procedure carries risk. No introducer, and no honest hospital can guarantee that.

The price is set by the hospital, not by us. We pass it to you in writing, unchanged. If a surgeon changes the plan after examining you in person, the price can change with it; you’ll be told before anything goes ahead, not after.

Any guarantee or revision policy that does exist is the hospital’s own, and should be written into your treatment plan. If it isn’t in writing, treat it as though it doesn’t exist.

They’re results from our partner hospitals’ patients, shared with written consent and published unedited. They are not our work, and they’re not a prediction of your result different starting point, different hair, different healing.

They’re there to show you the standard of work at the hospitals we introduce, nothing more.

Aftercare is the treating hospital’s responsibility, and it doesn’t end when you land. We stay in contact through your recovery, and if something doesn’t look or feel right you message us we’ll get your photos and questions in front of your treating team and come back to you with their answer.

For anything urgent, contact your GP, NHS 111, or 999 in an emergency, first. Take your treatment records and any medication list with you; UK clinicians will want to see exactly what was done. We’ll work alongside that, not instead of it.

Tell us either way even when it’s not ours to fix, we want to know.

  • About your treatment or the hospital: it goes to the hospital’s own complaints process, and we will escalate it with them on your behalf and keep chasing.
  • About travel or accommodation: that goes to the travel provider or airline. We’ll point you to the right contact.
  • About us how we communicated, what we told you, how we handled your information: that’s squarely ours. Message us and you’ll get a person, not a form.

A partner that handles complaints badly stops being a partner. That’s the main leverage we have, and we use it.

Because the hard part of treatment abroad isn’t the surgery it’s working out who to trust from a thousand miles away, on a phone, in a second language, with no way of telling a licensed hospital from a slick website.

That’s the part we’ve already done. You can absolutely arrange all of this yourself, and some people do. What we offer is that the vetting, the asking and the chasing has been handled by someone in the UK you can pick up the phone to.
